Just give us a call on the freephone helpline (0808 808 3444).  We will take your contact details and ask you about your situation so we can match you with a visitor.  It may take some time to match you with someone.  If we do not have anyone who is able to visit you right away we will keep in touch with you by telephone until someone is available.

You can drop in at the Family Centre between 12 noon and 3pm on a Tuesday.

There are times when the centre is closed, such as during the summer, and times when there is an outing away from the office, so it is a good idea to ring us  beforehand and check that the centre is open on the day you want to come. 

Sometimes, we have to cancel a workshop for reasons beyond our control.  If you are coming for a particular event on the programme you might want to check with us that it is still on.
